What is Kitchora?

Kitchora is an online store focused on innovative, time-saving kitchen gadgets and tools. From multi-use utensils to clever baking accessories, we carefully curate items that make cooking and baking easier, more efficient, and more enjoyable.

Are all items on your site in stock?

In general, if you can add a product to your cart, it is available to order. Occasionally, some popular items may show limited quantities or sell out. If an item is out of stock, you will normally see it marked as unavailable on the product page.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our catalog, choose your preferred product options (such as color or quantity), and click Add to cart. When you’re ready, go to your cart and follow the secure checkout steps to enter your shipping and payment details. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

What payment methods and currencies do you accept?

At checkout, you’ll see the payment methods available for your region (for example major credit/debit cards and other local options). You can also choose your country/region and currency using the selector at the top of the site to shop in your local currency where available.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries around the world, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, much of Europe, and more. To see if we ship to your location, use the country/region selector at the top of our store or proceed to checkout, where eligible shipping destinations will be shown.

How much is shipping and how long will my order take to arrive?

Shipping costs and available options are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the items in your cart, and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are also shown during checkout so you can choose the option that works best for you.

Please note that processing times, carrier delays, and customs inspections (for international orders) can occasionally affect delivery time.

Will I get tracking information for my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email. When available, this email will include a tracking number and a link so you can monitor your delivery status.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at support@kitchora-home.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Are any items non-returnable?

Yes. Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Do EU customers have a cooling-off period?

Yes. If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. As with our standard policy, items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging—and you’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days.

Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@kitchora-home.com.
